Tom Stuckey is the co-founder of True Scale USA and owner of a successful local building company (Eagle Eye Builder Group LLC), which he has led for the past six years. With nearly 15 years of combined experience as both a business owner and senior-level executive in the construction industry, Tom is licensed in Missouri, Florida, & Wisconsin. Tom brings deep expertise in guiding projects from concept to completion.
His passion for improving the building process led to the launch of True Scale USA—a one-of-a-kind, life-size 2D blueprint experience designed to streamline the pre-construction process. By allowing builders, architects, interior designers, pool contractors, and the entire construction industry, as well as clients, to walk through their plans at full scale, True Scale USA helps identify potential changes early, improves communication, and ensures a top-notch customer experience.
Beyond his professional work, Tom has been married for 17 years and is the proud father of three active daughters. His family, along with their two German Shorthair Pointer dogs, makes their home in Wentzville, Missouri. Originally from Maryland Heights, Tom values his strong community roots while continuing to innovate and grow in the construction industry.

Throughout my career, I have worked as a subcontractor for both successful and less successful construction companies. The key differentiator between these companies lies in their ability to plan meticulously before embarking on projects. My own company’s profits were often closely tied to the efficiency of these construction companies.
